Department: Corporate

Location: Gurugram

Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and Excel sheets.
  • Track daily dispatches and maintain up-to-date dispatch logs.
  • Coordinate with the billing team to send invoices to clients on the same day immediately after dispatch.
  • Maintain organized records of dispatch confirmations and invoicing.
  • Assist with MIS reporting and weekly/monthly data summaries.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy of dispatch and invoicing data.
  • Communicate with operations, logistics, and billing teams for timely information flow.

Qualifications:

  • 0–6 months of experience in data entry, operations, or invoicing coordination.
  • Any graduate with relevant skillset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic + some advanced functions).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive tasks, especially on dispatch days.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
