Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive – Finance & Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining management information reports, supporting financial planning, and ensuring data accuracy for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support management in strategic planning.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data inputs.
  • Present key insights and performance trends using Excel and Power BI dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reports shared with management.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives for MIS reporting.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Financial Acumen: Good understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis; ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • MIS Expertise: Proficient in preparing and analyzing MIS reports; hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are mandatory.
  • Experience in financial data reporting or MIS roles preferred.
