Finance Executive / Sr. Executive

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive / Sr. Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at vFulfill.

This role involves hands-on work across bookkeeping, reconciliations, compliance, and financial

reporting, ensuring smooth and accurate financial management for a fast-paced eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities


• Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.


• Reconcile marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) with internal records.


• Track revenue and payment settlements across channels.


• Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.


• Prepare GST workings, TDS data, and assist with monthly statutory compliance.


• Support month-end closing and prepare financial summaries and MIS reports.


• Coordinate with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate

reporting.


• Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness for all financial transactions.

Experience & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.


• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in
eCommerce or retail.


• Working knowledge of Tally or
Zoho Books
.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.


• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and core accounting principles.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills


• Understanding of eCommerce financial operations and commission structures.


• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
