Join Alkami Technology as a Senior Finance Manager, a full-time position located in either Gurgaon or Hyderabad, India. This role entails managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and working effectively from India for U.S. entities. Ideal candidates will be adept in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and financial modeling.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven ability to forecast future financial outcomes effectively.
  • Exceptional skills in budgeting and forecasting, with an emphasis on efficient allocation of company resources and strategic planning. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient knowledge of financial operations specific to working from India for U.S. entities, ensuring smooth cross-border financial management. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability to create and evaluate complex financial models to determine opportunities and project long-term financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector to ensure adherence to national and international standards.
  • Excellent corporate finance skills, with expertise in managing company finances, including capital structure and investment strategies.
  • Strategically-driven mindset, capable of aligning financial practices with broader business goals for optimal results.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in overseeing financial teams and guiding strategy for maximum fiscal effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models that will be used for decision-making by senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, including the preparation, review, and finalization of budgets in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and performance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by staying updated with the latest financial regulations and guiding the company accordingly.
  • Collaborate effectively with finance teams across different geographical locations for consolidated financial management.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to finance team members to foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
