Job Description: Presales Analyst

Minimum Experience: 7+ years

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Analyst to join our solutioning team in a fast-paced digital services environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by managing bids, creating proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer acquisition. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to deliver impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Act as the bid manager for creating comprehensive and compelling proposals tailored to prospect customers.
  • Level 1 Proposals: Develop initial-level proposals that capture customer requirements and position the organization effectively.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support and drive the successful closure of sales processes for assigned proposals.
  • Knowledge Repository: Enrich and maintain the organizational knowledge base by contributing new case studies, success stories, and best practices.
  • Competency Team Support: Assist competency teams in creating impactful pitches for existing accounts to showcase value and expand engagements.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Contribute to the formulation and execution of GTM strategies for services and/or any organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a presales role within a digital services or technology solutions environment.
  • Strong learning abilities with a growth mindset.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and hierarchies.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with proposal automation tools or RFP management platforms.
  • Exposure to digital engineering services, IP creation, or emerging technologies.
  • Any technical certification

Job Description: Solution Architect

Minimum Experience: 10+ Years

Overview:

V2Solutions is looking for a presales architect who shall play a pivotal role in driving business growth by preparing proactive and reactive proposals for business requirements. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of independently working on Request for Proposals (RFPs), understanding client needs, and crafting compelling solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to create tailored proposals that address client challenges and position our products/services as optimal solutions.

Candidate should hands-on technical role and have interest, enthusiasm and flair to progress to technical solutioning and pre-sales engineering role. Ideally, he/she should have progressed from a technical role to a consulting or program management or presales role while strong background in at least one of below areas with any technology:

  • Data Engineering
  • Cloud Native Development
  • Application Development
  • DevOps
  • Test Automation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop point technical solutions to specific problem statement and prepare high-quality proposals for potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Work with prospective customers to understand and elicit problem statements, requirements, develop compelling story line for our pitch/proposal via a PowerPoint presentation.
  • Should have technology background and understanding, ability to work with technical SMEs and sales professionals to develop winning proposals.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of proposals.
  • Work closely with sales teams to analyse client requirements, identifying key challenges and opportunities to tailor proposals effectively.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, including sales, delivery, and subject matter experts, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
  • Develop clear and persuasive value propositions that position our solutions as the ideal choice for the client's business needs.
  • Assist in client presentations, providing insights into the proposed solutions and addressing any queries or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in presales or a similar role.
  • Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with various industries and business verticals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with cloud native solutions or data engineering solutions or modern application development methodologies.
  • Project management skills.
  • Understanding of technology solutions.
