Role Overview
- We are looking for a smart, confident, and client-oriented professional to join us as a Senior Client Acquisition Executive.
 - You will be the face of our agency — reaching out to new clients, presenting our solutions, visiting clients offices when required, and closing business deals with confidence and strategy.
 - This role blends strategic communication, sales excellence, and relationship management — ideal for someone who thrives on client interactions and tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end client acquisition: lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
 - Visit client offices regularly to conduct presentations, understand brand requirements, and finalize deals. (This is a key part of the role.)
 - Represent the agency with professionalism and poise in client meetings and networking events.
 - Pitch our full suite of solutions — Branding, Digital Output, Web Development, SEO, Content, and Social Media Marketing.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals and ensure smooth project transition post-closure.
 - Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly business targets.
 - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to identify growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professional with 2–4 years of client acquisition / business development experience in a branding, digital, or advertising agency.
 - Proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Confident in in-person client interactions and office visits across Kolkata.
 - Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative solutions.
 - Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi, with a polished, business-first demeanor.
 - Based in or willing to commute daily.
