Are you a results-driven Quality Analyst looking for your next challenge? We're expanding our team in Koramangala, Bangalore, and looking for a top-tier QA professional

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducting rigorous auditing and monitoring of both calls and chats.
  • Driving improvements through ACPT and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Analyzing CSAT/DSAT scores to boost customer experience.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of QA experience in a BPO, with proven experience in auditing calls and chats.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, PLUS one additional language.
  • Ages up to 30.
  • Non-negotiable: Must have your own laptop and personal transportation.
  • Schedule: Day shift, 5.5 days working (Sunday off).

Compensation & Perks:

  • Take-home Salary: Up to ₹32,000 (depending on experience).
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, PF.
