Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Analyst role located in Bengaluru. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. The role involves executing quality control checks, analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to improve process efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will support quality assurance initiatives, conduct audits, and deliver feedback to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying improvement areas
  • Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for providing feedback and collaborating with teams
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with CX operations or similar industries is a plus
