Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic College Network Development

Build and expand a strong network of colleges and universities across India. Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within educational institutions (e.g., campus coordinators, student bodies, faculty members).

Establish strong relationships to create opportunities for collaboration on ongoing college campaigns.

  • Business Development & Relationship Management

Leverage your network to generate business opportunities and secure partnerships with colleges for campaign activations.

Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with colleges to ensure recurring collaboration.

Act as the primary point of contact for all college-related business activities.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop and execute campus-based promotional campaigns, events, and activations aimed at engaging students and increasing brand visibility.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns across multiple campuses.

  • Project Management

Oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of college engagement projects, from ideation to implementation. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators.

  • Market Research & Intelligence

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends in student engagement, campus activities, and opportunities within educational institutions.

Use insights to inform campaign strategies and develop new business opportunities.

  • Reporting & Analysis

Monitor and track campaign performance, creating detailed reports on outcomes, ROI, and engagement levels.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve future activations and partnership strategies.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and objectives.

Provide valuable feedback to optimize campaigns based on real-time insights and outcomes.
