Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive (Pathology) will be responsible for promoting and expanding the diagnostic and pathology services of the organization. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, generating business leads, increasing sample volume, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's pathology and diagnostic services to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare centers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and build new customer accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct field visits to clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to explain available tests and services.
  • Coordinate health camps, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Follow up on customer queries, complaints, and service feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports, customer feedback, and monthly performance summaries.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends in diagnostic services.
  • Collaborate with the collection, logistics, and laboratory teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Science or Marketing.
  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in pathology .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and field marketing ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Basic understanding of pathology tests and healthcare processes preferred.

  • Monthly and quarterly sales achievement.
  • Growth in sample volume and new client acquisition.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Market coverage and lead conversion ratio.
