About the Role

As a Mad Copy Exec, you'll be the voice of brands—writing everything from witty Instagram captions to brand taglines, campaign scripts, and pitch decks. You'll work closely with designers, producers, and strategists to turn ideas into words that sell, spark, and stick.

We're looking for someone who's obsessed with pop culture, internet trends, and brand storytelling—a fresher who loves writing but also knows how to make AI their creative sidekick.

Key Responsibilities

· Write copy for social media posts, campaign ads, reels, website content, and scripts

· Collaborate with designers and creative producers to brainstorm campaign ideas

· Use AI tools to generate, refine, and test copy variations (headlines, captions, ads)

· Assist in developing brand tone of voice and ensure consistency across platforms

· Support senior copywriters and creative directors in pitches and client presentations

· Stay on top of pop culture, internet trends, memes, and language shifts to keep content fresh

What We're Looking For

· A strong command of English and Hinglish copywriting

· Familiarity with AI copy tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, (mandatory)

· Creative instincts—can turn a dull brief into a scroll-stopping idea

· Passion for writing, content creation, and social-first communication

· Willingness to learn, experiment, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment

· A small portfolio (college projects, blog, freelance work, or even witty tweets welcome)
