About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content amplification (performance marketing, influencer marketing, digital campaign management) and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  2. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns
  3. Manage paid media, organic media, event marketing, brand giveaways, retail partnerships, etc.
  4. Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand goals and audience profiles.
  5. Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
  6. Execute and track SEO, SEM, and marketing automation campaigns.
  7. Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools to derive insights and performance reports.
  8. Stay updated with emerging trends, digital tools, and platform innovations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • 2–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with proven experience in performance and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM, paid media strategy, social media management, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for influencer collaborations.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional digital teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in handling influencer campaigns for consumer, healthcare, or lifestyle brands preferred.
