Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calls, networking, and social media.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions (software, cloud, AI, RPA, or enterprise platforms).
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions with prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure and handover to the delivery team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align proposals and pricing with client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and report on key metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on technology trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in IT product or solution sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts (software development, cloud, AI, SaaS, or digital transformation).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in selling to enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Prior exposure to RAG/AI chatbots, cloud services, or enterprise automation solutions.
  • Understanding of proposal writing, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid management.
