We are Hiring for Field Sales Roles PSR / RMD / NDE

Company: One of our Vendors (FMCG Sector)

Location: Dankuni and Nearby Areas, West Bengal

Work Type: Field Sales (Male candidates only)

Age Limit: Up to 29 years

1. Position: PSR (Pre Sales Representative)

Qualification:

• Minimum HS passed (valid documents required)

• Graduates preferred

• Must have Cycle or Bike with valid Driving License

Experience:

• Local candidates with field sales experience preferred

Salary (Gross):

• Grade 1 (Graduate) 21,800 per month

• Grade 2 (HS passed) 21,000 per month

Benefits:

PF, ESI, Bonus, TA/DA, Mobile Allowance

Training:

• 4 days training at Dankuni Plant (Lunch provided)

• No accommodation provided

• No work no pay; salary structure based on 26 working days

2. Position: RMD (Route Market Developer)

Qualification:

• Minimum HS passed

• Graduates preferred

• Must have Cycle or Bike with valid Driving License

Experience:

• Local field sales experience preferred

Salary (Gross):

• Grade 1 (Graduate) 21,800 per month

• Grade 2 (HS passed) 21,000 per month

Benefits:

PF, ESI, Bonus, TA/DA, Mobile Allowance

Training:

• 4 days training at Dankuni Plant (Lunch provided)

• No accommodation provided

• No work no pay; salary structure based on 26 working days

3. Position: NDE (New Distributor Executive)

Job Role:

• Develop assigned areas and acquire new clients

• Visit minimum 25 outlets per day

• Additional guidance provided during training

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduate

• Bike with valid Driving License (mandatory)

• Must be from local or nearby areas

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (FMCG/FMCD/Telecom preferred)

Salary (Gross):

• 20,000 per month

Benefits:

Bike allowance, TA, Mobile allowance, PF, ESI

Training:

• 3 days at Dankuni Plant (Lunch provided)

• No accommodation provided
