**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator - FMCG (Cleaning & Hygiene Products)

**Location**: Dakuni, Kolkata (Field Job)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate sales and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth.
- Conduct on-field sales activities, market visits, and client interactions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and manage data using Excel.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets worth ₹50 crores in FMCG.
- Motivate and guide sales teams to maximize performance.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in FMCG sales (preferably handling large-scale targets).
- **Field Sales**: Must be willing to travel, meet clients, and drive market expansion.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and deliver sales performance.
- **Skills**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & sales reporting.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- **Track Record**: Prior experience handling ₹50 crore+ FMCG sales is preferred.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
