We're looking for dynamic Sales Executives to strengthen our distribution and retail network for ASM Filters.

Experience:

3–4 years in automotive sales (spares, filters, lubricants aftermarket). Automotive sales experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in assigned territory
  • Build & strengthen distributor/retailer relationships
  • Conduct regular market visits to expand coverage
  • Track competitor activities & share market insights
  • Support channel partners to increase market penetration
  • Drive visibility and growth of ASM Filters in the region

Key Deliverables:

  • Steady sales growth quarter-on-quarter
  • Strong distribution & retail presence
  • Timely feedback from market & customers
  • Support channel profitability and customer satisfaction

Must-Have Skills:

Strong field sales experience in automotive industry

Excellent communication in Hindi, English & local language

Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Self-motivated with a growth mindset
