Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain benefits, and generate interest
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and qualify leads
Follow up on warm leads, maintain active engagement with prospects, and move them through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive activity, and market trends
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing (B2B or B2C)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented
Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
