Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain benefits, and generate interest

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and qualify leads

Follow up on warm leads, maintain active engagement with prospects, and move them through the sales pipeline

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
