Channel Marketing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- GTM Planning: Lead the development and implementation of integrated country-level go-to-market plans aligned with channel pipeline and revenue targets.
- Channel Programs: Design and execute channel sell-through and sell-out initiatives, demand generation campaigns, and co-marketing programs with partners.
- MDF & Channel Fund Management: Administer Market Development Funds (MDF) and co-op programs, ensuring compliance, ROI tracking, and timely reporting.
- Events & Trade Shows: Manage brand presence, placement, and communications at trade shows, partner events, end-user activities, and channel conferences.
- Regional Alignment: Coordinate country marketing initiatives with Global and APJ marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage and develop agency partners, creative vendors, and event organizers to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and budget.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report marketing campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, and ROI on channel activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in channel marketing within a B2B technology company..
- Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
