Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven
Sales & Marketing Manager (Offline Channels)
to expand our retail footprint and drive revenue while supporting brand-building efforts. The ideal candidate is someone with strong
offline sales experience
—from retail partnerships to channel growth—along with an eye for
marketing and branding
to ensure impactful visibility in stores and events.

Key Responsibilities

Sales (Core Focus)

  • Drive sales growth across offline channels: retail stores, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail accounts and channel partners.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retail chains, and independent stores.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with clear reporting.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and margins to optimize business outcomes.
  • Track competitor activities and provide insights on market dynamics.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collaborate on
    visual merchandising
    to enhance in-store brand presence.
  • Support planning and execution of
    offline activations
    such as toy fairs, workshops, and events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales growth with branding initiatives.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all retail and partner activations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    offline sales
    (FMCG, toys, lifestyle, consumer goods preferred).
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing retail/distribution networks.
  • Experience in
    marketing/brand activations
    is a strong plus.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with an eye for consumer and retail trends.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a fast-paced startup culture.
