Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and engaging introductions via calls and emails using company sales scripts.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and emails in MS Office / Google Sheets.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture prospects.
  • Share weekly activity and conversion reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Strong English fluency (spoken & written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with persistence in follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
