Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the team’s performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the successful execution of lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and forecast sales performance.
- Ensure the inside sales team is consistently following up with leads and converting opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and target customers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and implement improvement plans.
- Train and onboard new sales representatives and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
- Handle escalated customer issues or complex sales negotiations when needed.
- Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing teams to improve the customer journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in inside sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into strategy.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Cyber Security Industry.
- Familiarity with remote sales teams and digital sales platforms.
