Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales & Marketing Manager - Ingredients (Cosmetics, Personal or Homecare) B2B based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing key customer relationships, overseeing sales operations in the zone, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with global suppliers and domestic clients to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing, particularly in Ingredients for Cosmetics, Personal or Homecare industries
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the respective domain
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with multinational companies and global supply chain management is a plus
