Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with wealth management professionals and clients.

Key responsibilities
include identifying client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, managing investment portfolios, and offering valuable insights to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves regular interaction with clients, ensuring exceptional service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in client relationship management and customer engagement
  • Knowledge of investment products and portfolio management strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions
  • Proficiency in financial software and familiarity with wealth management trends
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced certification - NISM, AMFI, IRDA or PMS certified
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the wealth management or financial services industry is preferred
