Executive RM Configuration
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and uphold effective configuration management protocols.
  • Tailor system configurations to align with business needs and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement changes seamlessly and minimize operational impact.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure intended outcomes and system stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configurations.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all configuration activities.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Graduate or Master's degree in a relevant field, with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Navitaire Passenger Service System (PSS).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Utilities, NDP, Sky Fare, Sky speed, Go Now, and Sky Schedule.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Solid understanding of fare filing processes using Sky Fare.
  • Technical Proficiency (Must-Have): Practical experience with programming languages and technologies including Python, JSON, and SQL.
