- What is the Job? The Cluster Revenue Manager will lead revenue strategy and drive commercial performance for a portfolio of 12 Holiday Inn Express hotels. The role will optimize pricing, demand forecasting, revenue systems and commercial action in collaboration with hotel leadership & commercial teams.
- Your Day to Day Define pricing & yielding strategy for all hotels Monitor market demand, pickup trends & competitor insights Conduct detailed performance & strategy review meetings Review commercial scorecards & identify opportunity areas Work with Sales & Marketing on strategic initiatives & campaigns Manage short- & long-term forecasting and budgeting cycles Ensure optimal system configuration across RMS & distribution channels Guide property teams to achieve RevPAR, GOP & market share targets
- What We Need From You 4–6 years of professional experience in Revenue Management Prior experience managing multiple hotels / cluster portfolio preferred Strong command of RMS, pricing models, demand forecasting & budgeting Advanced Excel & data analytics skills; reporting & presentation expertise Ability to interpret market trends & take fast strategic decisions Excellent communication, stakeholder management & commercial acumen
