All internet and smartphone users can avail services by directly using the MedoPlus website or App. We are committed to providing healthcare facilities to non-internet users through our dedicated team of Medo MITR who have their Medoplus Centres even in remote areas. People can visit Medo MITR centres and take assistance in booking all types of appointments and all follow-up actions related to healthcare journey.

Value driven young, dynamic & result oriented sales personal who have a passion to work in rural India are welcome to join MedoPlus family. This is a revenue facing role and will require extensive travel to villages within their districts.

Location: Lucknow, Barabanki, Hardoi, Raebareli, Bulanshahr and Sitapur

Revenue facing front line role. To assure successful execution of the company's business mission by leading a team so as to build & manage a productive network of Rural Channel Partners.

Key deliverables being:

  1. Identify, select & Build a network of Rural Retail Channel - 1 per 5000 population.

  2. Select right profile of Channel Partners– a mix of experience, education, gender, etc

  3. Train & Build a network of productive Channel Partners.

  4. Along with Channel Partners, continuously conduct activation & customer engagement activities at all locations.

  5. Maximize transactions and Generate revenues from services & products of company.

  6. Achieve channel on-boarding, business transactions, revenue generation & customer engagement targets.

  7. Build strong relationships, trust & human connect with channel partners & customers.

  8. Keep a track of all healthcare activities within geography and update supervisor.

Education & Experience

· Preferably Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA or Equivalent from a recognized institute.

· SHG, NGO, MFI, FMCG, and Common Service Center

· 2-3 years of channel sales experience
