Job Title: Business Development Executive – International Markets (Offshore Hiring Services)

Location: Remote / India

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead international client acquisition for our offshore hiring services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, cold outreach, pitching, and closing deals with clients across global markets who are open to hiring talent from India.

This role is purely focused on business growth, revenue generation, and new client acquisition .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and prospect potential clients across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

Cold Outreach & Pitching:

Conduct outreach campaigns, craft compelling pitches, and present the value of offshore hiring to CXOs, HR heads, and founders.

Sales Conversion:

Drive the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.

Market Development:

Research target markets, industries, and decision-makers to build country-specific sales strategies.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new client acquisitions.

Collaboration:

Work with internal recruitment and operations teams to align client requirements with talent pools.

Reporting:

Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit weekly reports on progress, conversions, and market insights to the CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in international business development, B2B sales, or staffing/outsourcing services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, pitch, and close deals with foreign clients.
  • Strong understanding of offshore/remote hiring models and global workforce trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global client interactions.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho), and outreach automation tools.

Highly driven, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in selling HR, IT, or digital services to international clients.
  • Familiarity with contract staffing or outsourcing models.

Note on Commission Structure for Client Onboarding and Retention:

The individual will receive a commission of ₹5,000 for every client successfully onboarded. This commission is contingent upon the ability to retain the client, emphasizing long-term client satisfaction and business continuity. The retention requirement ensures focus not only on acquisition but also on maintaining a strong ongoing relationship with the client, which aligns incentives with sustained company growth.
