About the Team The Enhanced Application Managed Services (EAMS) team provides technical L1/L2 support for FIS products and clients Treasury and Payments business operations. What You Will Be Doing
  • We are looking for an experienced EAMS Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will:
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for enterprise applications and resolve client-reported issues promptly.
  • Perform daily health checks on critical systems and ensure smooth application operations.
  • Monitor system alerts and logs, proactively identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot application errors and coordinate with development or infrastructure teams for escalations.
  • Manage incident tickets in ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Assist in application deployments, patching, and configuration changes as per release schedules.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and update SOPs for recurring issues and fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide client communication and status updates during incident resolution and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in L1/L2 support roles on Windows Server OS family.
  • Good experience in Product support for client-facing applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows PowerShell scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Windows services.
  • Understanding of Windows Batch File scripting, and TCP/IP concepts.
  • Experience in SFTP connectivity and troubleshooting. Basic SMTP understanding.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g.,Remedy, ServiceNow) for incident management.
  • Willing to work in 24/5 Rotational basis shifts + Weekend activities as per requirement
Added Bonus if you have :

  • Basic understanding of SQL databases and Python.
  • Experience in automation projects.
