Job Title: Area Business Manager - Watches & Wearables, Retail

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to join our team in the Watches industry. As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations within your designated area. Your main objective will be to drive sales, increase profitability, and ensure the overall success of our retail stores. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency

- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and product displays

- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control for the area

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the Watches industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to decision-making
