Mufti offers a wide range of casual wear including shirts, T-shirts, jeans, trousers, blazers, outerwear, and footwear, and is available across major e-commerce portals and its own website. The brand aims to build the first global fashion brand with Indian roots.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Merchandise and Business Manager located in Mumbai. The role requires managing the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce platform, overseeing merchandise selection and product listings, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, optimizing the online shopping experience, and analyzing sales data to enhance business performance. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring quality control, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with e-commerce partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce management, merchandise planning, and online retail operations
- Strong skills in inventory management, quality control, and supplier coordination
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales performance evaluation, and leveraging analytics for business insights
- Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining partner relationships
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Myntra) and technical know-how
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in fashion or retail industry is a plus
