Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the entire merchandising cycle from development to delivery.
  • Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and suppliers for timely execution of orders.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements.
  • Prepare and follow up on sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
  • Monitor production to ensure quality standards and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, mills, and internal teams.
  • Handle costing, price negotiations, and order confirmations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fabric sourcing, textile production processes, vendor coordination, and client handling.

  • Graduate in Textiles/Fashion/Business or related field.

  • 24 years of experience in merchandising (fabric/textile industry mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and textile sourcing.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
