Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior merchandisers in product assortment, inventory management, and display design to drive sales.
  • Track and follow up on Product Development (PD) orders with Sketch, Corel, and CAD teams.
  • Coordinate with outsourced designers, addressing queries and ensuring design accuracy.
  • Help establish systems for timely deliveries of jewellery and related information.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all designs from concept to finished product.
  • Compile reports on customer responses, feedback, and complaints to support continuous improvement.
  • Gradually take on expanded responsibilities to bring greater professionalism and efficiency to merchandising operations.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a merchandiser in the jewellery sector.
  • Diploma in Jewellery Design from a recognized institute preferred.
  • Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of both manual and computer-aided jewellery design (Corel, CAD).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external partners.
