Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy & Merchandising:
Plan and execute product assortment strategies for our diverse B2B & B2C clients. You'll collaborate closely with manufacturers and our internal design teams to ensure a timely pipeline of stunning, on-trend collections.


Client Relationship Management:
Act as the key liaison for our wholesale and retail partners. Understand their unique needs, provide customized jewellery solutions, and maintain seamless communication between clients and our production teams.


Market Analysis & Insights:
Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable feedback that informs new product development.


Operational Excellence:
Manage inventory reports to align stock levels with client demand. Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics for flawless order execution, and uphold our high standards through rigorous quality control checks.

What We're Looking For:


Must-have experience
in the Gems and Jewellery industry, with a proven track record as a Merchandiser. Deep familiarity with jewellery terminology, materials, and calculations. A proactive, independent worker with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience specifically with gold jewellery is highly preferred.
