About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Jewelry Designer cum Merchandiser who can turn ideas into art — blending diamonds, color stones, and emotion to create collections that speak to modern sensibilities.

You'll be part of our New Product Development team, conceptualizing, designing, and merchandising pieces that align with Dazzlez's design DNA — minimal, meaningful, and memorable.

This is an opportunity to build your design identity while shaping the future of conscious fine jewelry.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize and design fine jewelry collections using diamonds and color stones that resonate emotionally with customers.
  • Sketch, develop CADs, and prepare digital renders (CAD proficiency is a must).
  • Research global trends, fashion movements, and cultural influences to keep designs fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with marketing and visual teams to bring designs alive through campaigns and digital showcases.
  • Balance creativity with commercial understanding — ensuring designs are both original and market-fit.
  • Work closely with production and merchandising teams for prototype development and refinement.
  • Present mood boards, concepts, and storylines for upcoming collections.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in Jewelry Design, Gemology, or Fine Arts (NIFT, GIA, IIGJ, JD Institute, or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in fine jewelry design or strong independent design portfolio.
  • Strong proficiency in Rhino / Matrix / KeyShot / Illustrator / Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of stones, settings, proportions, and manufacturing feasibility.
  • A storyteller's eye — someone who designs not just for looks, but for emotion.
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to experiment, learn, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
