Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing Manager to oversee our e-commerce, social media, and print marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to grow brand presence, drive sales, and maintain effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and online sales strategies.

  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Coordinate with design and print vendors for marketing materials including brochures, banners, and packaging.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic progress reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels.

  • Plan and execute seasonal and promotional marketing initiatives.

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on knowledge of e-commerce and social media management.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, and social media schedulers.
