Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for our cinema speakers sales and supply business. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting, and inventory coordination, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions related to the sales and distribution of audio equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for sales, purchases, and inventory of cinema speakers and related products.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Track and report on inventory levels, supplier payments, and customer balances.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding billing, payments, and order details.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Maintain organized digital and paper financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as an accountant or office administrator — preferably in a trading, electronics, or audio equipment company.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain accounting is an advantage.
