Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
· Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
· Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
· Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
· Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
· Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
· Handle guest complaints with patience and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of experience in front desk/hospitality preferred.
· Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage).
· Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
· Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
