About the Role:

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for the company. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist HR or Admin in daily clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Support HR or Admin teams in organizing meetings or events when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
