About the Role:
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for the company. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist HR or Admin in daily clerical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Support HR or Admin teams in organizing meetings or events when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
