The Hotel Mate: The Hotel Mate is a hotel booking platform that connects travelers directly with hotels, charging only a 10% commission on confirmed bookings. It helps hotels maximize revenue, reduce OTA dependency, and maintain full control over pricing and inventory with real-time updates.

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our dynamic hospitality tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations through our online platforms, coordinating with hotel partners, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch service in the travel and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel reservations through the company's OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform.
  • Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
  • Resolve booking-related issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records in the system.
  • Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.
  • Provide technical and operational support for OTA and channel manager integrations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling services and upgrades to enhance revenue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19, ₹30,621.65 per month
