Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Hiring skilled professionals for MEP projects in India and abroad, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Managing workforce concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management.
  • Payroll & Compensation Management: Handling salaries, benefits, and tax compliance across different regions.
  • Compliance & Legal Regulations: Ensuring adherence to labor laws in India and Guyana, including visa processing for international employees.
  • Training & Development: Conducting skill enhancement programs for employees to meet industry standards.
  • HR Strategy & Policy Implementation: Developing HR policies that align with the company's global expansion and project needs.
  • Workforce Planning & Deployment: Coordinating manpower allocation for various projects across India and Guyana.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
