- Help both office and site teams stay skilled and confident.
- Rules & Safety
- Follow labor laws and safety rules for all staff.
- Handle complaints fairly and make sure everyone is treated with respect.
- Project Support
- Help assign the right people to each project—designers, supervisors, and site workers.
- Track work hours and support smooth coordination between teams.
- HR Tools
- Use software to manage attendance, salaries, and employee records.
- Keep all staff data safe and organized.
- Managing Blue-Collar & White-Collar Teams
- Support both office professionals and site workers equally.
- Ensure fair pay, safe working conditions, and clear communication across all levels.
- Bridge gaps between design ideas and on-site execution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
