Who We're Looking For:

We want a real estate sales professional who lives and breathes property. You have 5–7 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, backed by a solid client database and strong market connections. If you know how to pitch, close, and bring in business through your network and references, this is the perfect platform to maximize your potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the property sales division with a hands-on approach.
  • Leverage your existing client database and network to generate leads and close deals.
  • Mentor, motivate, and drive the sales team to hit ambitious targets.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to sharpen our strategy.
  • Deliver consistent sales growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Strong personal database of clients/investors and broker relationships.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
