Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Sales for a full-time, on-site role at our Coimbatore location. The Head of Sales will lead all sales initiatives, oversee the team to achieve revenue targets, and manage customer accounts. The role includes devising and implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales teams, analyzing market trends to capitalize on opportunities, and building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • edible oil sales experience with minimum 5 years expectation
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record in achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in Team Management and Account Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, forecast trends, and develop actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the edible oils or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
