Business Developement Executive

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Developement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Field sales will be a major part of this role, and the candidate must have a clear understanding of our software products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and promote company products and services.
- Demonstrate and explain our software solutions to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and feedback regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in software products and technology.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
- Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
