Role Overview:
As an HR Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting daily HR operations including salary inputs, attendance management, HR MIS reporting, and employee engagement activities. This is a hands-on role for someone looking to grow in core HR operational functions in a fast-paced and high-compliance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Salary Processing
- Compile and verify monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Liaise with the payroll vendor/finance team for timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries and support tax and compliance documentation.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor and maintain attendance records using biometric and HRIS systems.
- Ensure timely leave reconciliations and coordinate with department heads for approvals.
- Track absenteeism, late arrivals, and generate monthly attendance reports.
3. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reports (headcount, attrition, joining, etc.).
- Provide HR data support during audits, management reviews, and statutory filings.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, team events, and HR communication drives.
- Support internal surveys and employee feedback collection for workplace improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams for recognition, festival celebrations, and CSR initiatives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant HR operations experience.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People) and Excel proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
