Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible and proactive HR & Operations Executive to handle overall coordination between clients, employees, and management. In this role, you will ensure client projects are completed on time, manage employee availability based on resource allocation, and oversee HR responsibilities such as attendance, leave approvals, and discipline. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as you will be directly responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Operations Management
- Act as the primary coordinator between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Track ongoing projects, report status to management, and escalate issues if deadlines are at risk.
- Take full responsibility for ensuring project tasks are managed effectively.
Employee & Resource Management
- Ensure employee availability as per project/resource allocation.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff.
- Handle leave applications, approve/reject as per policy, and maintain proper leave/holiday records.
- Implement fair discipline; ensure staff follow office rules and responsibilities.
HR Responsibilities
- Handle HR operations related to employee attendance, holiday deductions, and leave approvals.
- Support management in staff performance tracking and operational efficiency.
- Act as the control point for all staff–maintaining professional authority without unnecessary familiarity.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR/Business Administration/Operations Management (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage diverse teams.
- Prior experience in operations or HR in a digital agency/IT company will be an advantage.
- Leadership qualities with an ability to enforce discipline and ensure accountability.
