Role Overview

As an
Operation Executive
, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team in day-to-day project freight forwarding activities. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in logistics and project cargo handling.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations related to freight forwarding and cargo movement.
  • Assist in preparing shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Communicate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track shipments and update clients on cargo status.
  • Support project execution with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related domain (internship/freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the project logistics industry.
