Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Chennai. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing processes, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks. Duties include coordinating with various teams, analyzing data, facilitating communication, and streamlining operations to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
- Proficient in Operations and Operations Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with multiple departments
- Experience in the agriculture or food production industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
