Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance - Assistant Manager in Developmental OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Pharma, based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, review and approve documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols, and monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting internal audits, and addressing quality-related queries to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Experience in the evaluation and approval of SOPs, validation protocols, and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in conducting internal audits and investigations to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, GMP guidelines, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) pharmaceutical quality assurance is preferred
