Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager / Dy. Manager located in Kadechur, Karnataka. The QA Manager will oversee and manage the quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality metrics, monitoring testing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvement strategies. The QA Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product and service outputs meet the defined quality criteria. They will also provide guidance and training to the QA team to maintain high performance standards.

  • Strong expertise in Quality Assurance processes, methods, and tools
  • Skills in quality metrics analysis, test planning, and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry-specific quality standards
  • Ability to lead, manage, and mentor QA teams effectively
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
  • Experience in managing quality assurance in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Quality Management
